Estructura Interna e Invarianza Métrica de la Escala de Autoeficacia Académica ASES

Objetivo O estudo apresenta os resultados da adaptação de uma escala de autoeficácia acadêmica. Especificamente, o objetivo do estudo foi analisar a estrutura interna da tradução e adaptação da escala ASES por Chemers, Hu y García (2001). Método: Participaram 4950 estudantes universitários chilenos. Adicionalmente, para o estudo da Equivalência/Invariância de Medidas entre diferentes grupos de alunos, realizou-se uma análise fatorial de invariância. Resultados: Os resultados indicam que a escala tem propriedades psicométricas adequadas; também mostram a existência de uma estrutura de dois fatores consistente do ponto de vista substantivo e com um ajuste estatístico adequado. A análise de invariância fatorial mostra a existência de invariância métrica entre os grupos comparados, Conclusões: As evidências mostram a validade dos escores e sua equivalência entre os grupos de alunos
