Résumé

Italy has one of the greatest cultural heritages in the world, but nowadays it faces a severe crisis, in terms of its management and key resources (economic, human, financial, etc.). The work aims to contribute to the studies of social innovation, focusing, through a hybrid organizational approach, on the emergence of new actors. In addition to public and private management, the social enterprise applies a hybrid organizational form to the management of the cultural field, efficiently and effectively. The research shows that the observed social enterprises, in which social entrepreneurship and an innovative business model emerge, play an active role through a cooperative and collaborative attitude and respond to both individual and social needs. This is a preliminary study, which aims to show the cultural initiatives carried out by the social enterprise that have positive impacts, both social and economic, in terms of development of the local community and tourist attraction.
