This article makes a comprehensive review and re?ection from the book “La irrupción de los laicos” (The irruption of the laity). The laymen play an important role in the Church today. The crisis stems from sexual abuse (this is best known), but also born in the misunderstanding between the hierarchy and the laity and the postponement of women. Each author of the book presents his vision of the Church and of the crisis to show his love for the Church and offers help.
