El presente artículo nos presenta el mundo literario de la obra de Graham Greene, quien, con el suspenso y el terror policial, con sus aventuras, intrigas y persecuciones, nos traslada al mundo sobrenatural del pecado y de la gracia. No se trata sólo de una novela de entretención, sino del genio de un autor que ha sabido plasmar a partir del género policial la estrecha relación entre su vida real de espía y su quehacer creativo como autor de novelas. Así nos surge la pregunta de si Greene fue un novelista que también era un espía o fue su carrera literaria la pantalla perfecta para su principal actividad de espionaje.
